CACM are recruiting a full time senior support worker as a Team Leader for a new team within the Stevenage area.

Here at CACM we pride ourselves on the level of bespoke care we provide our clients with. Our client lives at home with his family and requires support in all elements of his life.This will include moving and handling and personal care. 

This position is for a Team Leader for a new team that will slowly be built up once a team leader has been recruited and is settled within the role.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working within the care and support industry and will have some form of team leader experience. The role of team leader is to ensure that the clients individual needs are met in a safe and sensitive way.

You will be responsible to work alongside the family and care team to ensure a smooth day to day running of the care package. You will liaise with the case manager on a regular basis and be the point of call for staff in an emergency and in case of illness.

A full clean driving licence is required for this position and you will need to be comfortable driving our clients Motability vehicle.
