CACM are recruiting an experienced full time support worker who is looking for a new exciting opportunity to make the difference to a lovely young mans life.

CACM are currently recruiting an outgoing and friendly support worker to join our small team looking after a young man with physical and cognitive disabilities.

We are recruiting for 1 x Part Time Support Worker (20 hours a week) and 1 x Bank Support Worker

Our client really enjoys music, visiting the local pubs and travelling to festivals and the ideal candidate will be willing to assist him with his outgoing lifestyle and needs to have a keen approach to trying new things. This is a great opportunity for an experienced support worker who is looking for a new challenge and wants to really make a difference and build a rapport working with 1 individual client.

What we require from you:

- Experience working with in a care/support worker setting

- Experience working with a brain injury/cerebral palsy is preferred but not essential

- Empathy and compassion

- A positive team player with a real "can-do" attitude

- Reliability and conscientious

- Ability to work under your own initiative

- The drive and want to really make a difference to one individuals life and build up a rapport with the client
