We are looking to recruit support workers to join a small, friendly established team providing support to man in his own home and in the community.
Main areas of support are centred upon:
Planning and organisation
Community access
Housekeeping tasks
Attending appointments
The successful candidate will offer:
· Experience in care/support work
· Great communication skills
· Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to this role
