What People Say

  • I have been working with Carolyn Archibold for almost 15 years. During that time she has worked with a great many of my clients who have suffered the most catastrophic of injuries. She brings a sense of calm and reassurance to all that she does. If you want a Case Manager who is at the top of her field, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and who works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for her clients, whilst supporting their families – then look no further.

  • I have used Carolyn Archibold for clinical case management and legal reports for many years. She has case managed some of our most complex, challenging cases, always with professionalism, calmness and determination, and never fazed by the difficulties these cases always present. Carolyn’s legal reports are always insightful, comprehensive and well written. She is efficient and organised and always willing to discuss issues.

  • I was recommended to CA Case Management when I needed to find a case manager for a particularly difficult case. Trudi Jenkins agreed to help. Trudi gained the trust of the client and set about dealing with the numerous issues, the many and varied other parties and agencies involved with great determination. Six months on, the client’s accommodation, care support, health issues, equipment needs, debts and other sundry matters were under control greatly improved.

Trudi helped a person who was in a wretched state and has improved her quality of life immeasurably. Trudi’s skill and experience probably goes without saying as she works for CACM but when you add to that her common sense, energy, determination, sense of humour, empathy and compassion she is everything one could hope for in a case manager. She is, to use my client’s words, "an angel". I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Trudi is supported by an excellent team at CACM who have gone out of their way to help. CACM have vast resources and a wealth of experience from which I have been able to draw. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been professional and highly competent, added to that is the personal touch which reassures me that they never lose sight of the fact that they are helping an individual; it is not "just" another file or a job.

  • I would highly recommend Carolyn Archibold. I have worked with her for many years and found her to be an exceptional brain injury care expert.

She has been prepared to take on clients which in some cases has meant extensive travel to remote and sometimes very rough areas of Europe.

Her main attributes are her ability to empathise with clients and their families and her compassion. Mix that with a keen intellect, a steely determination to do the best for the client, the ability to stand up to the interrogation of her reports, and a good sense of humour and you have someone who is always first on my team list when I have a new brain injury case”.

  • Dear Carolyn,

I wanted to write and thank you for the help you have afforded me in many legal cases over the past years. You have provided expert reports on a number of complex Clinical Negligence claimants and I have always found your input clear, realistic and honest. You have always dealt with issues with an open mind and have been ready and willing to address queries, requests for further information or opinion, speedily and helpfully.

On some cases I have engaged your services as a case manger and have found you to be understanding and sympathetic to the needs of the client and their family. You encourage and support them in coping with what is very often totally alien concepts and what can too easily be regarded as intrusions in the privacy and security of their own homes.

    I am very grateful.

  • Carolyn Archibold has worked for me as my son’s case manager for almost 7 years. I have come to think of her as my guardian angel. She deals with any problems that I cannot or do not want to cope with. She listens and gives sound, sensible advice on dealing with difficult situations when I am at the end of my tether.

Carolyn is the cool, calm and collected head in my ever-changing world of turmoil. Her extensive experience in brain injury case management has enabled me to put together a fantastic support team for my son. My life without her would certainly be far more stressful and hard work and would have a huge impact on my son's quality of life.

  • Carolyn has been our case manager for over 10 years and during this time she has assisted us with so many things from moving house to finding suitably qualified therapy staff and employing support staff.

My husband had a very serious accident which left him with many problems but thanks to case management he now leads a very fulfilling life. He enjoys family holidays and breaks and every day is out and about with his support workers.

We are a happy, close family and Carolyn is the person we turn to when we hit a problem, she has such a wealth of experience that we can rely on her to find a solution. She is a caring , knowledgeable and above all extremely effective case manager.

  • My name is Denise and I work with CA Case Management Ltd supporting a man of 60 in Essex. The client's family prefer to have family support evenings and weekends, so myself and my colleague, Karen share the Monday to Friday hours,8am to 6pm. We work alone with the client on our shift and have an hour meeting on a Thursday to discuss any issues.

Being a lone worker requires us to be very responsible and trustworthy and able to make decisions without consulting a team member.

Supporting our client involves personal care, providing meals at home and out in the community, taking him to Physio and Aquatherapy, attending Headway day centre and general appointments, and of course fun days out and supporting my client to have a holiday every year. We are now getting ready for a cruise!

I really enjoy my job and get a lot of satisfaction from enabling our client to lead a full and happy life.

Carolyn is a very fair and supportive. I have been working with Carolyn for my client for 3 years and I am very happy to continue. The more I learn about the client the more I am able to support him.

  • I work in a team of 8 carers to give 24-hour support, 7 days a week, to a young man in Northamptonshire.

My working background was not one based around care so it was a huge change in direction when I applied for the position. I can honestly say I have never looked back. Being my first time in this area of work I had a lot of questions surrounding my client's injuries and requirements; questions that were soon answered by the team, Carolyn and the extensive training that I not only received at the start but throughout my employment.

Carolyn and her team gives our group all the support we need which helps when organising activities. Carolyn's extensive knowledge and experience as a Case Manager also gives peace of mind and reassurance to both the team and my client.

  • My name is Natasha and I am a Support Worker, and I have worked with CA Case Management Ltd for over 4 years.

I provide support for a lady who lives in Cambridgeshire, and it is a challenging but rewarding job. When someone suffers a catastrophic injury, it is fulfilling to know that their lives can be made as close to normal as possible through the support that we provide. I have watched my client’s life transform. The job is rewarding and we always have fun.

The Case Managers from CA Case Management Ltd always look after the interests of their clients. Extensive training is provided for Support Workers to ensure that each client receives the highest standard of care. The training days are exciting and interactive, making the learning experience motivational. There is room for progression, as I have recently been promoted to Team Leader of the care team.

Working alongside CA Case Management Ltd has taught me so much…

The case manager is always there to help you, should you need any assistance, and the management provided is at the highest level.

I am extremely happy and grateful to have a job that does not feel like a job because I enjoy it so much.

  • I've been fortunate to work with the team at CA Case Management over the past 4 years on a number of cases. Some cases have been more challenging than others, but they are all handled with skill, confidence and a client focused approach. Carolyn and her team work collaboratively and effectively with the rest of the clinical team to help ensure the best outcomes for their clients. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending CA Case Management to anyone seeking case management input.
