We are recruiting 1 x Part-Time (24 hours a week) support worker

This is a fabulous opportunity to work with just one client within their own home and provide truly person-centred care. This is truly a rewarding position.

Our ideal candidate will be experienced within community care, implementing the clients care plan, be outgoing, friendly, and confident. An important aspect of this role is to enable our client to engage with his various community and social based activities, therefore it is essential you have a driving licence.

Our client also requires support to maintain his daily routine and maximise his independence at home. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be compassionate, and be able to advocate on behalf of the client and the ability to adapt to your surroundings.

Our client requires 24-hour care, the successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team on a rota basis which may include days, nights, evenings, and weekends. Staff must be prepared to work on a flexible basis to ensure client needs are always met.
