“I have been highly impressed by all of the case managers I have instructed at CA Case Management and as such they are my ‘go to’ company. Their caring demeanour, knowledge, practical experience and understanding of catastrophically injured clients’ needs is unparalleled in the case management sphere.”

“My name is Denise and I work with CA Case Management Ltd supporting a man of 60 in Essex. The client’s family prefer to have family support evenings and weekends, so myself and my colleague, Karen share the Monday to Friday hours,8am to 6pm. We work alone with the client on our shift and have an hour meeting on a Thursday to discuss any issues.

Being a lone worker requires us to be very responsible and trustworthy and able to make decisions without consulting a team member.

Supporting our client involves personal care, providing meals at home and out in the community, taking him to Physio and Aquatherapy, attending Headway day centre and general appointments, and of course fun days out and supporting my client to have a holiday every year. We are now getting ready for a cruise!

I really enjoy my job and get a lot of satisfaction from enabling our client to lead a full and happy life. The more I learn about the client the more I am able to support him.”

“My name is Natasha and I am a Support Worker, and I have worked with CA Case Management Ltd for over 4 years.

I provide support for a lady who lives in Cambridgeshire, and it is a challenging but rewarding job. When someone suffers a catastrophic injury, it is fulfilling to know that their lives can be made as close to normal as possible through the support that we provide. I have watched my client’s life transform. The job is rewarding and we always have fun.

The Case Managers from CA Case Management Ltd always look after the interests of their clients. Extensive training is provided for Support Workers to ensure that each client receives the highest standard of care. The training days are exciting and interactive, making the learning experience motivational. There is room for progression, as I have recently been promoted to Team Leader of the care team.

Working alongside CA Case Management Ltd has taught me so much…

The case manager is always there to help you, should you need any assistance, and the management provided is at the highest level.

I am extremely happy and grateful to have a job that does not feel like a job because I enjoy it so much.”
